These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the apkox platform. By registering an account or accessing any apkox service, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. apkox is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) checks as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to provide any documentation reasonably requested by apkox to complete KYC verification, including but not limited to a valid national identity card (CNIC), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Access to withdrawal functionality may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

apkox offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered users. The following general terms apply to all bonuses. Specific promotions may carry additional conditions which are published alongside the offer and incorporated into these Terms upon acceptance.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered users who meet the conditions stated in the individual promotion terms. apkox reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility at its discretion, including restricting offers to users in specific regions, to new registrations only, or to users who have not previously claimed the same promotion type.
All bonus credits are subject to a wagering requirement before they become withdrawable as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier and contributing game types are stated in the individual promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within any stated time limit, failing which the bonus and any winnings derived from it will be forfeited.
apkox actively monitors accounts for evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk offsetting bets to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinated bonus exploitation activity. apkox reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account at the time of modification will be honoured subject to the terms in place at the time of crediting.
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the apkox Platform. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms.
All game outcomes and betting results are determined by the relevant game engine or sports data provider and are final. apkox does not intervene in game outcomes. In the event of a technical fault during a gaming session, the round will be voided and any stake placed during the affected round will be returned to your Balance.

apkox reserves the right to void any bet or game round placed at odds or under conditions that were clearly and demonstrably erroneous, including pricing errors, system errors, and data feed failures. apkox will make reasonable efforts to identify and correct such errors promptly. Winnings generated from obvious errors will not be paid and stakes will be returned.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. apkox makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
apkox reserves the right to suspend or restrict access to your Account at any time and without prior notice where: a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; fraud or money laundering activity is detected; a regulatory or legal obligation requires it; or the Account has been inactive for an extended period.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting apkox support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.
An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a period of twelve consecutive months. apkox will attempt to notify you by email before any dormancy fee is applied. Details of applicable dormancy fees are available from the apkox support team.
Where an Account is closed by apkox due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance consisting of bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct may be forfeited. Real-money balances that are not implicated in the breach will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of any required investigation.
Your use of the apkox Platform is also governed by the apkox Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how apkox collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data in connection with your use of the Platform.
By registering an Account on apkox, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
apkox reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, apkox will notify registered users by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the change taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.2.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process to your satisfaction, you may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the licensing authority under which apkox operates. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which apkox holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that is not resolved through the complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
